Is this normal?

Hey can anyone tell me if im the only one that since the begining of blue sector recived only 3 gear items from astral + observatory. ( after i spend my keys in astral i make couple runs for dust) im posting here because i see full astral gear ppl and i get only 3 items and those under 90%. Thanks.

Since you can craft gear it's easy to get all droppable gear with 100% in less than an hour without going astral even once...

yes its normal
if you want things faster you can craft items (or buy from auction!)
if you can wait just wait, items will drop eventually on some run
