Developing an addon that recognize links

hello,
its really frustrating to interact with links in the game, as you have to re-type them correctly and most of the links are case-sensitive.
So I thought about addons and the possibility of developing an addon that recognize links, either copying them to clipboard or just opening them directly in the browser.
But because my programming skill are less than 0 and I have no clues about addon development (although I asked someone about it and he give me the principle yet I didn't get it xD), so I thought to share the idea here because its useful and maybe if someone with enough background and spare time could make this idea come true.

You can invite someone to ts3/discord and please link there :P

But yeh, addon like that would be useful
