Lighting bolt start appearing after 420.

Almost like CE + Discount coupon for Lighting bolt, during huge mount sale which happend earlier.

yeah, basically this is only interesting if you want to get old holy weapons or some prophetic card costumes or other little things, but after the last assault shell sale and given that lighning bolt isn't that expensive anymore, i'd say it's pointless going after 160-200 points
