download problems

i download for the new launcher = about 1 or 2 GB
and now i find the other file to download about 7,5 GB, should i download the last file 7,5 GB?
total almost 10 GB
...
this is my step
1. transfer account
2. press play button in new launcher
3. find the new data download
4. i check in mygames..and than i see 7,5 GB data to download

can we just download the 2 GB new launcher, or we must download all data (2GB + 7,5 GB = 9,5 GB)?
