5.0.02.18 Patch Notes Issues

Changed the ruby "Pulsing Rays." Now every 3 seconds, damage in barriers is reduced by 1/2/3% of the maximum capacity of the barrier.

Does this mean the damage is reduced by 1/2/3% of the current in barrier (EN) or 1/2/3% of the maximum the barrier can store (RU)?

Base damage of "Retribution" and "Entangling Chains" increased by 50%.

They specifically mention base damage (RU) instead of just damage (EN), meaning the result should be much larger than just a 50% increase in damage?

Any chance we can get a clarification on the Pulsing Rays? The wording on our patch notes is a little ambiguous. The RU note makes me believe that the damage is reduced by the maximum amount your barriers can store, for example 3% of the 1 million a barrier can hold. However the EN note makes me believe that the damage is reduced by the largest hit currently stored in the barriers, for example 3% of the 5 thousand damage in one barrier.

I play a pally for 4 years. Why don't you change places of Stamina Rubies and Seal of Silence rubies? Stamina Rubies are more represental and definitive for a fighter palladin adn deserve to be at the Crusader Blow grid while the Seal of SIlence is like for the Holy damage base idea? I am fervently looking forward to see this 5.0.0.2. I am playing for 4 solid years. Been all through it's creation and many patches, guilds and leveling all through.
