Keeper of secrets, Cursed item quest

So i don't know how this could've been but when i first tried to do it, i got the items the coupon and the belt but i didn't seem to get the quest, i didn't notice and when i did the task and was ready to turn in the quest.. i couldn't. I could however take the quest again which resulted in a kinda wtf moment for me. So i took it figured i still had the belt, so maybe i could've just turn it in, which didn't work.. So i deleted the belt and removed the quest and took it again and now i don't get the coupon for the scroll, i have even tried to buy a purification scroll which don't work because it's not the right scroll.

So my question is, how do i finish the quest now?

I think support ticket is your best option in this situation.
If delete the quest, proper log out (via log-out menu) and and relog doesn't help, that's your last resort.

Purify belt quest mess

Simply said, you may not finish this quest now on your current hero now. I encountered your same situation before not too long ago. There is no method to bypass or solve this quest conundrum on your current hero.

It isn't a quest that will harm your progress if you do not do it. It basically shows you that you can purify cursed crap so you can actually skip it.
