how to turn off red target circle

Whenever I am near an enemy it displays a huge red circle around all the enemies. I find this highly annoying. I checked options and dont find nothing to turn this off.

press esc, interface, 3rd slider: "transparaency of targetmark"

put it to the left side to 0
