Loosing personal settings after closing the game

I don't know why but personal settings( I mean chat-settings, spell order on the panel and other interface settings) aren't saving when I'm closing the game((( what's the problem?
P.S. I downloaded my client from allods.com after the transfer.
And sorry for my bad english.

i have a solution

first you need too look for the game launcher where you install the game that's where it will be. If it is a default installation it should be in your local disk driver example:local disk (c)/mygames/allods online en/bin when you find the launcher right click on it and chose crate shortcut. drag the shortcut you crated too the desktop and you can right click and press rename to and name it Allods your settings wont be change from now on
