Problem with Quests in Dane after abandoning failed quest

Hi all, i have problems with quest in Dane.
I abandoned quest ( forgot the name, but remember that the quest item to use was Mind Twister) in Dane Shore city (unlocked portal Shore city). Re-logged several times, killed mobs in Dane with hope a quest item will drop- nothing, walked all the map of Dane, Bridge of Eclipse, Umoir, Irdrich, Eljune, Asee-Tep, Ferris but couldn't find any quest that will lead me take quests in Dane. But i am able to go and do quests in Ammer.
Still can't figure out how to get quests in Dane, if anyone knows anything i will be grateful.
