Cannot log in after update

I have downloaded the update, but am unable to log in. My char doesnt show up on the screen, but I can hit play anyway. When I hit play, It loads to 70% and stops. My husband plays, and he is able to log in. I have tried verifying game files, and all seems to be in order. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Maybe you don't have downloaded all the update and you have to wait.

If it's not this i don't know.

Hello,

Are you and your husband playing on different computers ?
Do you know how to copy and paste a file, a folder etc. ?
If yes, all you have to do, is copy the Allods game client from your husband's computer (on a usb drive or through network if your computers are on the same network), and paste them on your personnal computer, replacing your Allods game client.

Allods Game client can be found here : C:\MyGames\Allods Online

Another test : try to log in with your husband's account on your computer. Does it work ?

Thank you Gladia! We used the network to transfer my husbands game to my computer, and now I can log in! Thanks for the help
