Can't log in

I am not sure why, but ever since I downloaded the game it says that a connection could not be established with the server. Is there a problem on my end, or is there a server maintenance?

Basic steps to start:
- Run the launcher in administrator mode
- Check your antivirus and firewall settings

Hello,

I did as you said, and found no problem with the firewall/antivirus. But I still get the same message. I chacked the server status tab in the my.com launcher, and it says that the server is offline.
I am clueless.

Hey there!

It's same for me since morning. I'm getting the same message and I've checked the server status and it says that server is offline as well.
