Bard, because it's absolutely irreplaceable in any competitive PvP activity and is still very good on BG.

"best" are necromancer & sorcerer
as always under "" because PVP is complex and its always dependent on the circumstances; area, party, class of enemy, etc.....

The one you can play. There is no point playing a class that is called best when you cant even play it properly.

+ there is no point in playing the "best" class if its no fun to you how its mechanics work
