Crafting blue iteams by jobs

Hello did anyone have information how to unlock blue crafting (leatherwork/weaponshmiht etc.)or can link to rus topic about it ?

Or when it will be unlocked?

Hello,

You have to buy the recipe at the crafting NPC in Ammer.
You'll get them on Smugglers Paradise and Equilibrium.
They will appear in the next few days on New Frontier.

i need a helping hand here, how to craft blue items?
in ammer, when i talk o the weaponsmith NPC he just sells regular material needed for weaponsmithing

not the NPC in ammer but the NPC in yaskers tower had the scroll
problem solved
