Buying Crystals for the first time...

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this game, liking it a lot so far. But, I do have some questions about buying CRYSTALS. Like how reliable is the web site? Can I use a gift card (bank type/visa card) to make said purchases? I experimented with a small purchase, but it never went through, just kept saying sending info to the server. And if there is a problem, how quickly does the vendor fix it? Like what is the response time on tickets for real money issues? I'd really appreciate some honest answers folks....

When you top up for the first time it can take up to 3 workdays until you get your crystals.

You can see the possible payment methodes here:
https://allods.my.com/en/buy_crystals (you need to login first)

When you write a Ticket you get an answer normaly within 24 hours but they don't work on weekends.
So you have to wait until Monday +24 hours.
