Falling through textures in middle of allod

If someone can help me with this ,i keep falling through textures ,no matter if i am in middle of astral ,doing BG s or lvling my reincs.Loosing xp after buying scrolls is not funny at all,i die and need to grind endless cuz i am loosing xp ...Any help would be really appreciated,thanks everyone in advance .

I've submitted a support ticket ,thank you Fayne.Hopefully the problem would be solved...thanks for the parachute also ,seems i need it badly...would be even great if the parachute would be made from some xp scrolls xD
