My.com Can't Install Allods

Can't Install Allods

Hey all,

Trying to install the game through the My.com client, but get the error "Failed to install the Allods Online EN game. Failed to create or write game client files. There may be insufficient disk space, or the program cannot access the client folder or its individual files."

Have tried deleting game files & downloading again, have tried running the client as an administrator, and have adjusted my antivirus software to trust the My.com client. No luck.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Any solutions?

Hi there MotuPanda!

If the issue still persists and there isn't any solution yet, try to send a ticket here. Maybe support can help you further with this or you could pm a GM/CM. I will try and search a torrent download of Allods Online for you (if you have a program like utorrent ofcourse). Maybe that could help you out. Its sad they don't have a torrent download alternative. It would be nice for those who encounter the same issues with the My.Com launcher.

it would never let me install allods into my program files folder so it had to be it's own section for me to get it to work

over 9000 hours in MSPAINT

Hey again. FIXED.

Switched my anti-virus software. Was using Qihoo 360 Total Security. Switched to Panda Free 2015 and install worked.
