Accounting a error code 1.1

everytime I try to launch Allods it gives me this Error Code 1.1 and says please run the repair tool to fix any problems that may exist. If this problem persists after running the repair tool, please check our Technical Issues Forum. It does not find the repair tool. How do I fix it??
