Alchemy Recipe for Volatile Phlogiston?

Okay, I'm doing a quest called Exhibit of an Alchemist's Mastery, and I need to make 20 vials of Volatile Phlogiston. However, it's not listed in the recipes, and I can't find it on the wiki or anything either. Please help? Is there some secret recipe I don't know about?

You should have it in if your skill lvl is high enough.

You need Alchemy level 10 to be able to create Volatile Phlogiston
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

There will be a reputation recipe at level's 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 55 unless they moved the final included with you're mortar.

Not at 55 unless they changed that as well in 5.0. The one you get at 50 takes (or did before 5.0) you all the way up to 25000 rep, as high as you can go.

Caveat lector: I raised my craft-guild rep on Tailor between 4.0 and 5.0, so I never needed to make phlogiston potions except as a way to level up Alchemist.
Now f2p 60 Xadaganian summy with 60/60/60 tailor/weaponsmith/alchemist, bleah gear, 555/555 runes
Now p2p 28 Xadaganian avenger with 20 weaponsmith
I'm on an extended break from Allods at the moment, but I'm lurking here to keep up with what's happening. From the looks of things in 5.0.02, I'm better off where I am.
