DPS Paladin or Healer?

I'm about to create another reincarnation, and can't decide between paladin or healer.
Which do you think is better in both PvE and PvP?

Healer DF reinc skill is good to have in tight situations.
Paladin charge reinc skill is good for pvp if you're a melee class mainly.
