Battleground Emblems

So I understand the parts of the Battleground Emblems is replenish-able, but I waited a day and I didnt get any parts to continue using my Signs of Victory. I went to the quartermaster and saw no repeatable quest or rather daily quest.

How do I replenish them to keep using Signs of Victory?

Every weekly reset (thursday) you get new 65 half of battleground emblems and every 100 sign of victory you use consumes 1 of these emblems. so you can use 6500 signs of victory every week

in every thursday at lunch time in far east
in every wednesday at dinner time in far west
in every thursday at sleeping time in other countries

It was before.
Now it is 75 parts weekly.
