it is indeed
especially since it is shown again everytime cookies get cleared, which is every time the tab is closed for many ppl
bypass it by setting a bookmark to "https://allods.my.com/de/billing", this will not direct you to the splashscreen
or for the forum "https://allods.my.com/forum/index.php?page=Index"
