Dear players,

We have seen that you have submitted many questions on the forums, some of which have been unanswered, so we would like to provide you with some of the answers.

1. Arks and runes for new players.
The desicion has been taken given how well it worked on the Russian servers. The goal was to increase the influx of new players into the game, which in its current state hardly accumulates the audience through normal means. We would like to assure you that this is a temporary action and will be over soon.

2. Netherlands and Belgium lootboxes ban.
We are aware of this and we are developing measures to create a safe environment for players from these regions. However, one needs to prepare for the fact that the sales of this kind will be unavailable for users from countries that do not accept lootboxes.

3. What is there to come in the future?
To begin with, unfortunately, we do not have enough time for direct close interaction with the community, so we are focused on answering your questions through our moderators team. We always ask for your feedback under the news, in the Discussion links, we do read these topics and try to answer faster these. The team has currently a lot of large-scale tasks, including the Compendium that was recently held in Russia, as well as cross-server PvP, 9.1 and Collector's Editions, which have never been released on European servers before. The things that are to come in the nearest time are a new online store that will have a new and convenient format to make it possible to find all innovations.

To summ things up, we would like to say that your feedback is very important and needed to us now and we're doing our best to make the game as comfortable as possible for modern realities, but we ask you to have some patience.

Cross server PvP between Equilibrium and New Frontier server? We want cross server PvP (battlegrounds, 3v3, 6v6) with the russian version of the game. If we got 3v3 against russians it would be so nice I would spam 3v3 all day :love:

are you from netherlands or belgium? (if you choose yes, you wont be able to buy lootboxes due to legal BS)

Cross-server will be between us and the Russian server, however do note that this is one of our large-scale tasks, so don't expect this to be introduced in a near future.

Rip equilibrium (june 2017-may 2018 ). no pvp, no pve, no player.
We was expecting cross server pvp very soon but with this announce. the few ppl that was playing on it will be unmotivate and will leave the server. The only way to keep this player is to tranfer them on New Frontier. We actually are less than 30 players. Empire is totally dead (1-2 players still playiing). No dominion, no pvp, no pve. This is not a MMOrpg but a singler player rpg. You have to do somthing for these players. I ask to you Lisad to download the game and create a character on Equilibrium. Come on league side and if you want talk about this server and how the population are, you can Pm me. My name is Zelyia. Because sometimes, an experience is better than a long speech.

Removing those gifts for future players is even worse wtf. The gifts are for player influx, but players quit this game because of the power gap, which will be increased by a lot by removing these gifts. In the end you will lose even more players because of this, not gain more :evil:

Also why the the event "parade victory" which is currently at ru was ninja removed from our calendar with the white stallion steed? :thumbdown:

i hope u bring it back and focus more about p2p people because there are still souls playing there :rolleyes:

for the moment, we just need a cross server with NF and Equi, just because on Equi we can't do pvp, we can't tag on easy raid,so we can't play to the game proprely

Good, so when it ends, u will give all payed items to old players too to dont let them leav the game? Cuz new players wont stay like oldschool do

give us all coupons, runes, CC etc. be fair

Lisad, It's been sale after sale after sale, it's too much now. I am trying to keep up but it seems that your target audience are retired or 40+ year olds that got their life figured out?
What about students and kids? How are they supposed to keep up with all these CS sales? You're not even granting f2p players the time to grind gold to convert to BC for the sales. What are you guys thinking??
I really want an honest reply from you AND the dev team that satisfies ALL players' questions.

the massive amount of sales we see is impressive indeed, now prophetic cards and earring and mystical weapon... 3 at 1 time...
its not like a have difficulties with it but still, wow, especially because the last answer implied there will be a little slowdown for the sake of those who can not or do not want keep up with it

I don't think you need a [PMB] event in order to help newbies with builds and what else around it.
