woohoow fixed gcd, finally.. BUT me is kinda wonderish coz i founda new Heal, 1 Rubi = 1 New Heal rank1 no further components, curious, and its percentage so no push from anything?!?
What is it for and what it is supposed to do?
it has 24secs cd and heals 10% maxhp + shield 10% maxhp.. ?(

pls give me a clou!?!
