used upgrade gifts but still weak

Hi,

I'm a new player.
I used the gifts that upgrade my level and when I went to do some quests on that level I found out I'm too weak and I died after a few hits from the monsters.

What do I do?


How should I play or act?


Is there a guide for people in my situation?

Pick up the starting gear from one of the three NPC at Observatory. lvl 93 Blue gear.

First - you can do questline starting with letter from Nefer Ur - after few quests to go and talk to npc you get gear.
Second - just go to astral academy and ask NPC near anvil for set of starter gear.
