Centaur's third note

Hi
I'm lookin for the cantaur's third note in Ammer Polis.
Quest Mysterious Note: Ammer

Another player found it on a roof and took it.
Now it wont come back!?

Does it move to Another Place or what?

Please help!

There are always different spawn locations where the scroll can appear. If someone took it on one spot, it will spawn at another afterwards.
For the third note there are 3 different locations where the scroll can spawn, but everyone is one a roof.
