Transfer problem
Hello , im writing here because i didnt get answer in my tickets . how long i need to wait ...
My problem is easy , i cant transfer my account from gpotato cause it says when i trying to do it" you dont need transfer because you have never play allods"
or something like that .
I sent 2 tickets and i still didnt get answer .
Someone have a solution how to fix that .
I saw my character "Arkosek" exist in database cause i couldnt create a character with that name when i log on this account

You'll need to wait on the response to your ticket - did you include an email address to contact you on?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?
