Demonic keychain (f2p)

Bought on my other account the other day. Still don’t have it, where the hell is it at !? I even bought a costume twice takes forever to be mailed to my account. At least warn us about that shit

Hello Nino,

normally it should not take that long. Me personal purchased a couple things there and got them within minutes. If it takes longer it is not planned and we apologize for the inconveniences.

You should check if the payment was successfull, so if the money got subtracted from your account. If this is the case, wait at least 1, maybe it arrives later because of an error. Shouldnt it be there after a day, you should consider writing a support ticket to the Costumer Support, including all important details of the transaction.

And next time please pay attention to your choice of words.
