Bring back the Fraction change rune!

Some are bored with the curent guilds, and they fraction does not offer what they wants, sometimes just language berriers, in other case other issues.

Why needed to be divided all in 2 fraction and not able to join?

Maybe I am bored with the same design.

Selling and buying the account it is illegal, but that is the only one curent way to do it at reasonable price, if you have purchased a lot of CS items

Think of consequences when they allow this, what do you think would happen, and is that a good or bad thing?

Consequence of this is people carry their money to 3rd party middleman-sites instead of the itemshop
i think i heared this was disabled due to technical issues and wonder why it is still not resolved

Faction change items is not planned to come back into the Shop.
