Removal of Conviction stat nerfed psi a lot =(

Lots of people on russian forums are crying psi is completely broken, they are exaggerating imo.

I believe russians always have been complaining about psis being weak

If psis managed to survive Mind Fire and Mental cleansing nerf we'll manage this as well
