PSi, empathy rybys doesn't work

As stated in subject. Ruby should increase luck special stat by 6 %. I noticed for example that when we sum 82,5 from equipment + 40 from guild rubys we get 122,5 luck. Amount we should get with 6% ruby bonus is 129,85 luck. (122,5 + 0,06 x 122,5 ) Where is my game changing, psi nefring, engi buffing, 7,35 luck ? Screenshots to ilustrate the problem.

If it's a flat % increase from rubies, it's never shown in the stats.
You can just assume it gets added up in the practical
