Update 13.0.00.10


General

  • The stat system progression has been reworked at all stages related to gaining new levels and completing the storyline, which should improve the perception of character development, as well as eliminate problems with the imbalance in the damage inflicted by the characters.
  • The character's maximum level has been increased to 100.
    - Level 98: 1 skill point.
    - Level 100: 1 skill point and 1 ruby point.
  • Astral Keys will become available after reaching level 100. Characters will receive 42 new keys, as well as 14 keys for each days that have passed since the update was installed. As a reminder, the maximum number of keys a character can keep is 196.
  • The level required to complete quests related to the Reincarnation is increased to 100.
  • The following game entities held by players have been removed:
    - Astral Keys.
    - Coins of Free Traders
    - "The Highest Art of Alchemy" quest and the items "Extractor", "Flasks with Iridescence Suspension".

    Client
  • Added new settings:
    - User add-on error logging - allows you to enable logging of user add-on debugging messages to the ..\Personal\mods.txt file. Requires restarting the game client.
    - Automatically send client crash reports - allows you to automatically send error messages that caused the game client to crash.
  • Fixed an issue that could lead to a critical drop in client performance near a number of non-playable characters.

    Interface
  • Fixed a bug causing inaccurate display of portraits of non-playable characters.
  • Optimized the interface for visualizing the damage inflicted and received in battle.

    Equipment
  • Reduced the cost of creating equipment of the 2nd rank.
  • Decreased the cost of creating Hero's Insignias on the Anvil of Artifacts.
  • Removed the following in-game entities held by players:

    - Catherina's Star Brooch (PvP)
    - Melusine's Diamond Mirror (PvE)
    - Maeve's Magic Figurine (PvE)

  • Additional artifacts can now be stowed in the bank.
  • "Yasker's Talisman of Willpower" now correctly reduces the duration of the effects of long-term control.
  • PvP artifacts are now effective in the following locations:
    - Kingdom of the Elements.
    - Al Rihat Ruins
    - Arenas of Novograd and Nezebrad, and close to the village on Gipat and Old Town on Suslanger."

  • The following game essences held by players have been removed:

The world

  • In Gates of the Worlds 13.0, you will complete your unresolved affairs on Suslanger and visit a whole new world called Eden!
    Alice's mystery still remains unsolved and it's up to you to complete the investigation by finding the culprits for the missing Chronophone, needed to launch a device that can pierce space between worlds.
    Then, after overcoming all obstacles, you will travel the Starpath in search of the help that is needed to end the confrontation with the God of Darkness.
    It is only by finding the mysterious Mother of Veronica and enlisting her help that you will be able to openly confront Nihaz. However, it's not that simple - darkness has already penetrated Eden itself, and the contradictions that arose between the local population and the Expedition that arrived here threaten to derail your task.

    New location - Eden
  • This world is the embodiment of the powers of Life, the Garden of Eden created by the mother of all gods. She is the one that Veronica is counting on to find a way to finally deal with Nihaz. Eden is a unique place, where animals and birds possess the traits of plants, and real rivers of ambrosia, a valuable substance that has many useful properties, flow through the earth.
  • For its possession, a conflict is brewing between the Expedition from Sarnaut, led by Catherina, and the local natives - the Children of the All Mother, who live in harmony with the world around them and will not allow it to be destroyed. It is your choice that will be decisive in this confrontation.
  • You can choose sides and receive special currency for completing daily tasks, which can later be spent on valuable prizes. And in the future between the supporters of these two new factions will begin a real battle in PvP mode. Remember also that darkness has already penetrated into the paradise of Eden. Only once you know the story of Nihaz and the reasons that drove him to war with the other gods will you be able to understand how to defeat him.

    New storyline
  • Complete the investigation into the disappearance of an important part for the launch of Gate 3 by infiltrating the pioneer camp and finding out Alice's true motives. Then embark on a journey to a new world, Eden, where you will find a way to get the help of the greatest goddess, resolving all conflicts, and finding a way to win the war against the adherents of Nihaz.

    The Return of Melting Isle
  • Learn more about Melting Isle in our article "In Progress: Return of Melting Isle".
  • Grouping in its territory is forbidden, and all characters are anonymous and hostile to each other. The speed of racehorses and vehicles is equalized at 13 m/s.
  • Occasionally, locked chests appear at various points in the location, which can be picked up by characters and from which a reward can be obtained by successfully holding the chest for 10 minutes. Each week a character receives 10 Melting Island Keys, which are necessary to obtain a reward.
  • If the character holding the chest dies, half the levels of the Closed Chest effect passes to his or her killer.
  • Shards of gletcher ice obtained from the chests can be used to purchase items of rank 3, Essence of Worlds, as well as a number of other items. Shards of gletcher ice become Shards of dead ice when the astral layer changes.

    Nezebgrad
  • The level of "Imperial-style Divorce" and "League-style Divorce" Quests is raised to 18.

    Novograd
  • The level of quests "Running Free!" and "Sad Ceremony" is raised to 18.

    Umoir
  • Quest "Collect them all!": now the Tamer and Life Sensor can be used from level 85.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause some quests to have problems with progress markers and automatic movement.
  • Letter of Prince Vseslav can no longer be obtained without starting the corresponding quest.

    Zalesky Posad.
  • The Quest "Arranged Exchange": corrected the error, because of which Mira Hooves could die, which led to the inability to move on the storyline.

    Suslanger
  • The maximum amount of Essence of Storm and Ambrosia that a character can have has been increased to 80 and 80100. respectively.

    Winter Resort
  • Ollie the Windblower now has the Winter Blizzard Mascot available for purchase.

Classes

  • The effects of most rubies, which previously required re-activation of the Aspect after learning, will now start working immediately after learning.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Executioner's Aegis skill, granted by the Executioner's Doctrine, to remove effects belonging to the Poisons groups from the character (such as "Poison Spike" of Pagan, "Weak Poison" of Scout, etc.) and "Diseases" ("Fever" of Necromancer, etc.).
  • All characters of level 10 and above receive Living and Dead Water Drops.

    Bard
  • Talent 'Crescendo': Damage dealt increased by ~86%.
  • Talent 'Dissonance': Damage dealt increased by 10%.

  • Ruby 'Passionate Song': bonus to "Flying Blade" skill damage is now 80/90/100% (previously 60/70/80%).
  • Ruby 'Free Musician':
    - Now allows you to apply the ""Crescendo"" skill while moving (Assault Aspect).
    - Now increases all damage dealt by bard, not just Etudes damage.
    - Damage bonus increased to 15% (previously 12%).
  • Ruby 'High Frequencies': Changed location.
  • Ruby 'Creator's Will': Changed location.

    Mage
  • Damage dealt is increased by 20%.
  • Talent 'Frostbolt': Damage dealt is increased by 10%.
  • Talent 'Thunder Bolt': Damage dealt is increased by 10%.
  • Talent 'Meteor': recovery time is reduced by 1 second.
  • Talent 'Snowstorm': no longer slows targets in range.
  • Talent 'Volcano' :
    - Now you can reactivate the spell manually and cause detonation of the same name effect on the target.
    - Enemies that received damage from the ability will be additionally affected by "Vulnerability" effect for 2 seconds.
  • Talent 'Disintegration': now applies "Wounds" effect to the target.
  • Talent 'Supernova': Weakness effect duration reduced to 2 sec. (previously 3 sec.).
  • New Ruby 'Prophecies of Destruction': It gives wizard immunity to spells and control effects while preparing "Cataclysm" spell.
  • New Ruby 'Power of Fire' (aspect of Support):It allows the wizard to accumulate "Smoldering Flame" effect for each second he is in combat. Once 10 levels of the effect have been accumulated, the wizard will increase all damage dealt by 7/14/21% for 9 seconds.
  • Ruby 'Terrible Burns': now applies "Wounds" effect to targets (no more than once every 10 sec.).
  • Ruby 'Elemental Aegis': now additionally reduces "Sorcerer's Barrier" recovery time by 15/20/25%.
  • Ruby 'Fiery Trail':now allows wizard to move while preparing "Meteor", but slows him by 50%.

  • Ruby 'Tectonic Shift':
    - Changed location.
    - Now gives wizard immunity to spells and control effects for 2 sec. after applying ""Shift"" skill."

    Engineer
  • Ruby 'Top-Level Engineer': damage bonus reduced to 10/20% (previously 12/24%).
  • Ruby 'Variable Polarity': damage bonus reduced to 50%.
  • Ruby 'Peak of Efficiency': bonus to damage dealt reduced to 5/10/15% (previously 13/26/39%).
  • Ruby 'Particle Acceleration': now increases Reactor Blowdown damage by 0.3/0.5% for each degree of heating or cooling (previously 1/2%).
  • Ruby 'Firing Line': now increases Light Turret's rate of fire by 10/20/30% (previously 20/30/50%).

    Psionicist
  • Talent 'Entropy': fixed bug that caused the animation of spell preparation not playing for Aoidos characters.
  • Talent 'Psychic Attack': increased damage by ~45%.
  • Talent 'Astral Venom': damage dealt increased by ~45%.
  • Ruby 'Pyrolysis':
    - The effect is now guaranteed to be applied to the Psionicist.
    - Damage dealt is increased by 100%.
  • Ruby 'Refined Torture':
    - Added an additional effect - now in Aspect of Attack, the preparation of the "Torture" spell is instantaneous.
    - Applying "Scorching" skill now always decreases the remaining recovery time of "Torment" by 3 seconds.
  • Ruby 'Breakdown':
    - The effect is now guaranteed to be applied to the target.
    - Damage dealt is increased by 50%.
  • Ruby 'Centrifugal Pull': Changed location.
  • Ruby 'Supremacy': now increases inflicted damage by 10/15/20% (previously 4/8/12%).

    Summoner
  • Talent 'Lash of the Doomed':
    - Delay before ability damage reduced to 0.1 sec. (previously 0.8 sec.).
    - Now "Vulnerability" and "Wounds" effects will be applied to target even if spell preparation was interrupted.
  • Ruby 'Power over Flesh': levels of the effect are no longer accumulated when healing a character with "Regeneration" and "Strategic Advantage" abilities, as well as the "Self-Diagnosis" effect on the Polygon.
  • Ruby 'Effets secondaires':
    - "Vulnerability" effect can no longer be applied to the target more than once every 10 seconds.
    - The ruby now also works in Assault Aspect (Vulnerability only)."

    Scout
  • Fixed a bug that caused a scout to be able to use any skill while moving, regardless of the active Aspect.
  • Talent 'Cascade': Description updated.

  • Talent 'Veil of Light': the effect can no longer be dispelled if the templar applied it to himself.
  • Talent 'Death Sentence': the target now gets an additional 1 second of helplessness effect for each level of Death Sentence absorbed while taking direct damage from the templar.
  • Talent 'Strike of Justice':
    - No longer applies the "Indiction" effect to the Paladin.
    - Added "Avant-garde" Ruby. (Aspect of Assault) was added. It gives the same name ability, which puts on the templar the "Indiction" effect for 5 sec. and decreases the damage taken by 50%. Recovery time - 30 sec.
  • Ruby 'Commitment to Fire': applying the "Strange Brand" or "Execution" skills can now absorb the effects of "Incineration" or "Condemnation" imposed on the target, and deal damage prematurely that it would have received after their effect ended.
  • Ruby 'Scourge of Darkness':
    - No longer increases the duration of "Condemnation".
    - Now increases damage dealt by Condemnation by 10/20/30% (previously 5/10/15%).

    Warden
  • Improved the visual component of a number of abilities.
  • Talent 'Bee Swarm': Damage dealt is increased by 40%.
  • Talent 'Tornado': Damage dealt is increased by 40%.
  • Talent 'Poisonous Vine': Damage dealt is increased by 40%.
  • Talent 'Thunder and Lightning': Damage dealt is increased by 40%.
  • Talent 'Ugly Cloud': Damage dealt is increased by 40%.
  • Ruby 'Thunderer': Now increases the damage dealt by elemental damage by 7.5/15/22.5/30% (previously 3.5/7/10.5/14%).
  • Ruby 'Poison Expert': Now increases the damage dealt by poisons by 7.5/15/22.5/30% (previously 4.5/9/13.5/18%).
  • Ruby 'Triple Trouble ': now increases the damage dealt after using the "Bee Swarm" skill by 10/20% (previously 12%).

Battles

  • Killing characters during random battles (Witch's Hollow, Deserted Farm, Training Camp, Battle of Cargallas, and Tower of Order), as well as in ranked arenas (and their training versions) no longer gives experience.
  • Now displays the correct training prompts before the start of battles.
  • (Chaos) Fixed a bug that prevented completion of the "Path of the Creator: Battle" quest.
  • (Chaos) Fixed a bug that caused the calculation of awards in some cases did not take into account the bonus of the Order "Gifts of the Earth".
  • (Chaos) Fixed a bug that caused this mode could not receive ethereal equipment.
  • Fixed a bug that led to the incorrect operation of the search queues of participants for low-level battles.

    Battle of Cargallas
  • Fixed a bug that caused participants to not have the Warm-up effect applied to them.

  • The number of visits to training arenas is no longer limited, but the number of Emblems of Combat received there has been halved.
  • Ranked season is over, awards have been sent out.
  • The following Game Entities held by players have been removed:
    - Emblems of the duel (compensated with gold)
    - Blessing of Dragons



Raid Adventures


  • Nihaz Citadel
  • Access to the Citadel will be granted after the opening of the Azure Layer of Astral.

    Observatory

Heroic Adventures

  • The regular heroic adventure season is over. Rewards for the most outstanding achievements in the conquest of heroic adventures are sent out.

  • Added additional confirmation when purchasing banners and heraldic ranks from Guild Registrars.
  • Added additional interactive confirmation when a guild is dissolved.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the guild interface in the Dominion tab to display information about the start time of fights incorrectly.


Private Allod


  • Labyrinth
  • The ranking season is complete, and awards have been sent out.
    - Low difficulty: A box of supplies.
    - Normal difficulty: Right of Destruction.
    - Increased difficulty: Right to destruction x3.
    - High difficulty: Right of Violence x1, Right of Destruction x5.
    - Impossible difficulty: Right of Violence x3, Right of Destruction x8, Folio of the Dungeon Keeper.
  • Ranks of defenders and reinforcements are reset.


Arena of Heroes

  • The ranking season is complete. Rewards for the Trial of Courage have been sent out.
  • The duration of the "Challenge accepted" effect is reduced to 5 sec.
  • Now enemies after appearing for 2 min. get "Race against Time" effect, after which their damage will increase significantly, and they will become immune to the effects of control.
  • The simultaneous presence of more than 3 elite opponents in the Arena will now automatically cause the game to fail.
  • Fixed the Gold Rush effect not being removed from the character after the Bronzur's death if the next wave of enemies appeared in the arena.
  • The target of Jinx's "Bad Intention" ability can no longer be dead characters.
  • Mehera no longer applies the Scythe in the Night ability to pets and summoned assistants.
  • Zzic'Gazz no longer applies the Rattlesnake Slime ability to pets and summoned assistants.


Astral

  • Hull level of all ships reset to 9.
  • The level of all ship units is converted to match the new progression values.
  • The following game entities in players' possession have been removed:
    - Particles of abnormal matter (converted to decay)
    - Mysterious Astral Emanations (turned into Unexplored Astral Emanations)
    - Astral Nuggets (compensated by gold)
    - Transforming crystals (compensated by gold)
    - Parts of the ship's hull (compensated by gold)
  • Now the "Full Victor's Reward" effect expires correctly even if the ship has been recalled.


Boutique

  • For new characters, a number of items will now appear on sale as you gain levels, at which appropriate mechanics become available. Reborns will have access to the full range of the boutique regardless of level.
  • The Cooling Device can no longer be used if the Suppressor's recovery time is inactive.
  • The following items have been removed from sale:

  • The location is now divided into channels for better load balancing.
  • Quest "Searhing for Missing People": corrected the incorrect position of the task marker on the map.
  • Quest "Balance of Life": increased rate of revival of the Hungry Swearwolves and Skinny Blossoms.
  • Quest "Repairs with Catherina" :
    - Increased the revival rate of the Mechanoid Guard M-13.
    - Duration of time the Mechanoids spend in the "repaired" state is reduced.

    Suslanger
  • Fixed an issue that caused Eladia to be unable to continue the quests of story 12.0 after she went to the west of Suslanger. She will now wait patiently until you have finished all your business with the pioneers and orcs of the Dump.
