Suffocation (or w/e its called in english client) ruby is not working in suppression psi state

this should trigger the cowardice effect every time choke is applied and the despotism effect is active - but it does not. testing this, however sometimes it randomly works miraculously. whats wrong here?

just had a chat with some other psi and he was so kind to test for me, worked well for him

tried:

- un-equipping my gear
- re- applying aspect
- re-skill
- log in / log off

doesnt help
:(

Was already reported on the official discord. Appearently bug has been around for a long time. Feedback done on EU forum is also not forwarded.

good. problem likely will exist in russian version aswell then anyway and get fixed accordingly
