Racial changes in P2P server

Hi i'm a old pvp player who returned to allods before version 6 existed (before cash shop implemented) and i'm back with no/hard to find info about racials skills.

I did find the new skills devollopers implemented but i have no clue if on server p2p we can swap to another racial : ex => playing an arisen summoner(savant) on empire side and change that racial to a elfe ligue summoner (demonologist) because i hate playing in ligue side.

Here is what you can have in F2P :
Is that possible for P2P?

You can change your race in Elven District (league) or first floor in Nezeb tower (empire)
