NPC voice acting - how to disable it??

I am good with good old fashioned reading voice acting npcs was a mistake is there a option to turn it off without completely muting the game? :cursing:

Did you check the settings of Audio? There´s an option "Voice volume" did you turn this one down or in general play with it to see if one of those working?

There are a few Places Voices from RU Voice actors are never turned off unless u turn off ALL sound, can u forward this aswell, One example is Eden during Battle of Ambrosia, but there is plenty more.
