Have you done the same for draconids? You need to bring the other essence to Urgash I think, or whatever the draconid chief is called.

i teleported to Nezebgrad yasker's tower and got logged out by the new
sexy bug and when i logged in i have lost the xp and maybe the rewards
from the last quest
You get no rollback for items used/obtained before the disconnect. But it is possible to get a rollback at quest progress (So maybe that happens to you?).
So you just have to look where you could had forgot one of these shards.
Often you just have to speak again to someone and take the shard. Also at twilight Isle you get a shard, you have to activate and accept the quest before you are able to get the fragment.

Citation

The quest name is "Live Now!" and it used to be a group quest but it was
nerfed to regular solo quest at one point. I think you get it from the
keepers in the citadel on IoR but I'm not 100% sure. You have to bring
ghostly dragon's essence to the wormfaces and ghostly hunter's essence
to the draconids.
I also think there was a bug or something like that, at this quest. If you got too far in story, so they start war, you can't give this essence to one of the draconids anymore. Didn't know if it was fixed earlier.

most people forget to get the fragment from the first quest when u musted fight with ur own 5 time u must speak to the last one again and get a fragment

some forget to go back to twilith there`s 1 u get from the porter.
Rechtschreibfehler sind dafuer da gefunden zu werden , wer einen findet darf diesen behalten. :P

It may be worth jamming the highlights on and looking around IOR for the Assistants for the first quest, but I thought that the shard was required for the quest. I
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Impossible. There's two draconid islands, one where all the draconids are friendly and give quests (you get there if you manually go to the shore and fly to draconid isle) and the other where they are hostile (you get there by talking to Master's Voice and asking for teleport to draconid isle)

checked all the trial mobs and the quest giver none of them had fragment or quest or option to summon the npc to kill it

Try this:

go to the keepers in the citadel and check if they have any quests

if they don't, go around here:



There should be a Master's Attendant or master's something else NPC. Talk to him and see if you get any dialog option to ask for a fragment.

Did you do a quest where you put up some totem, then kill a demon and after a spark appears that leads you a long path up the mountain to talk to a dragon? Somewhere near Dragon Peak on the map on Twilight Isle.

yes at dragon path the quest was Path in the rocks or something like that

This thread is making me all warm and fuzzy.
So many people devoting time to figuring out one person's problem!
I hope that they can fix this forum up a bit and put a quests section in there and make sure to move this thread there.
If one person is having a problem, that person is not the only person. There is usually another.

I really hope we can figure this out for you dude.
Unfortunately, I am at work and am out of ideas since I can't get into game.
