AOD raid formation logic

went to AOD today, from 24 players none was healer, can you explain the logic behind the raid formation? 2 healers from guild didnt got recruited, also im guessing others, this is favoritism or messed up logic



the mechanic was there for astral runs from mercenary leader but it doesnt apply here? waiting for some sort of logic explains...

Puffypuf - 65 - furball warden
Rensy - 65 - paladin
Akyrra - 70 - psionicist healer
Turquiose - 60 - bard
Springfull - 60 - mage

For ppl who always say that there are no healers around i have one solution - go spec to healer, problem solved ;)

And be happy about it, the healers now run with DPS build and (I had this on AOD) a summie has to be the FH.

im a summy i tried fh-ing but i cant heal all raid... so annoying, never seen this amzing raid type before... strange that alot of ppl are running healer now and no one got in aod lol
