Interseting thats only Minc people got unbanned.

You have to put in a ticket to get a response, when u get a response you have to respond to it, when you respond to it you need to provide them with information... and so on, cant just submit a ticket and hope for the best in this case. if they ask you to provide information, you need to do so, if you do not, they move on. Doesn't matter who and what guild got unbanned, the data and logs speaks for them self, and they have the data that is talking to them. They banned massive amount of people for the reason that NA had few CS people left. (heavy for that matter)
Then you had people with 5s buying spinner and such mounts for 3-4 million gold.
GMs don't know who is a cash shopper who is not, so they banned all to be sure. The ones that did not use the exploit will get unbanned after the investigation and after the logs have been checked. The ones that have done so, will remain banned.

Whose ticket they get to first is a matter of luck IMO, but people who did nothing wrong, will get unbanned, who did so will remain banned.

I have hope in many people but only they know what they have done.
