Today at 21:24 recharge 10 euro paysafe card and when I go to the game is that the crystals were not updated, and now tells me that my ticket balance is 0. where are gone the 10 euro? and put the ticket on the website of My.com

I'm sorry you've had an issue with the PSC.

have the crystals still not appeared on your account yet? (just incase there was a delay in the server crediting them) if not did you use the refresh button to see if that helped update the amount?

If they have still not been credited to your account then could you please open a support ticket: http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/10/
then PM me with the ticket ID, I will forward it so someone can look into it on Monday for you.
