[44] Loyalty

Im stuck in this quest, i kill the 3 fire elementals and then go to the green water but i cant retrieve the dragon heart, there's nothing to interact.

if u did it once it wont let u( theres 2 quests there on from the npc in dragon heart and from lig/imp settlement), u need to discard quest then retake
