Build for new player

Hello, as the title says I'm looking for a new player build. I've looked at the guides on the forum but they seem to be mostly for endgame, not explaining which skills and rubies to get first.

I should mention that i'm looking for summoner off healer build.

Maybe browse though the PMBs again, find out the most important skills and create your own build.

same question asked way to many times, theres plenty of builds u can choose from in page 1 and 2 lol
