PvP build

Hi,

soon i reach greatness, and i want to make a perfect PvP build.
Now i have PvE mixed. Then i want a PvE and PvP build.
Does anyone have a nice suggestions on skills, rubies or even a nice build?
Then otherwise: who has another option taken like melee pvp/ranged pve??
Idea's?
