Golbin Banker option to convert Carnifex has been removed.

Can a GM/Mod confirm if this is permanent, or a possible mistake made?

On some of the sales, especially the mount sales, it will not allow you to convert scrolls into tokens after the sale has ended.
This was the case with the Wraith.
Mount scrolls no longer give tokens if exchanged.
That is because there will eventually be new mounts.
However, in regards to the Carnifex, that makes no sense and I have to assume it's a glitch and should be fixed.

Or you could just not worry about it and buy my Carnifex. :thumbup:

Seeing all other things in there still being able to exchange and such, carniex should be there as well.

Sorry, I was awaiting an answer.

I was told for things like the Carnifex its usually available for 2 weeks after the sale, but because there has been requests for it to stay open it has been reactivated for a week or 2.

it was something like carnifex able to change for short time after sale, then no longer
so waiting for next carnifex sale is the only option if you want to get it by exchanging
