Legit question

Don't need 20 replies here, just one who knows what they're talking bout.
Question is about the Combat log
-Has it stopped working for anybody?
-How to reset it?
-Could an Addon have something to do with it not working?

The only thing showing in the combat log is the capture from SB, and Astral damage on ship and such.
Before you go assuming that something is off from the combat it is not. Everything is selected and I've made new tab for it to test it and it is still not working.

It's because you don't have enough arcing blows on your hotbar. need more then it'll work.

Hello ,I was also trying to get proper combat log as it were before those patches .I did enabled it from the game menu;still it didn't work for me also . Don't have any hint about it tho ;how to make it work again.(even if enable /disabled addons in game or so haven't go it working for me either).

It was working ok for me..

Have you tried disabling the combat messages, saving it, then re-enabling it in the options?

Saving, applying, resetting, disabling, enabling, clicking, tried all.

This happened when I had the power out and everything in the game went messed up for me, as in lost all my builds from my build manager, all my hotkeys reset and so on. I'll reinstall the game later when I have time, that's the last thing to do.

Hello,

You can try to delete the config file from your personal Allods folder (i can't remember which one exactly).
Edit : user.cfg (and user.cfg.bak) in "Personal" Folder.
Edit : or move them elsewhere instead of delete.

Do you have this issue even without any addon ?

Yes, same issue with addons and without, I've even removed and replaced addons folder with an empty one (copy of original that I keep) but I re-installed the game and worked.
I've also tried repair and did't work.
Re-installing seemed to fix it, must of had a bad file or something.

So, problem fixed, thanks for the feedback.
-Final solution; Game re-installation.
