Anyway tor esore a character?

Ok so here it goes: I had an elven mage lvl 51 on league side when this game was still under gpatato( it was during the 51 patch that I lvled it) Because I got frustrated with not being able to do any endgame back then I deleted it with no items, money or gear on it (absolutly nothing). So I was thinking is it possible to restore it if I send a ticket?

P.S.: I also don't remember the exact name i know that it was Ycekiss, but I don;t know if I used "i" or "y"

That you should ask Customer support by submiting a ticket, it's up to them will they restore it or not .
