I dont think you can, but one thing you can do is limit Allods download speed using NetLimiter (Thats what i did when i lived in Indonesia with poor internet) and it should balance out the DL for the files and for the game itself. Though im not sure if it still works!i have a question
how to stop the download during play?
it makes the speed of the game horrible

That is only a figment of our imagination.you mean the progressive download of the gamepatches? well its asking you before its updating if you want a full downloadif you click yes it should download the whole upgrade before playing and this should be faster than while playing
