Game isn't downloading

Hello
So I've been trying to download the game since yesterday and Im having some really weird issues. I downloaded the donloader from the website and installed it. It's supposed to start downloading Allods, but It stays in "Downloading game installation package" with 0mb of 1332 mb loaded at a speed of 0kbps. Im currently with a 12mb connection, and 1,332 mb usually takes less than 20 mins to download, but its been hours since im stuck on this and it's not advancing. Could use any help.

I'm not sure if this will fix your problem but I guess it won't be a bad idea if you try the following steps:

1-Try restarting/reconnecting to your network.
2-Make sure the firewall and antivirus aren't blocking Allods' downloader.
3-Check your virus vault in your antivirus so if there is some file from allods there,you might need to restore that file to be able to continue your download.
4-Run the downloader as admin by right clicking on downloader's icon then choose the option "Run as admin".

If these simple steps don't fix your problem then I'd recommend contacting the game's technical support.

Thx for the reply.
I've tryed what you suggested. Allods was already in my firewall's exceptions, there was nothing related in my virus vault, I also restarted my modem. After that I restarted my pc, and reopened My.com Games as admin. Now its downloading the game. Im not sure what was causing the issue but it seems like its already gone.

Probably your network or PC was lagging and needed a restart when you tried first time.Also no problem,glad to help.
