its nasty indeed but still not very useful since most fights dont last long enough to make it matter...
also luck (x2 dmg!) > wc any time
in all BGs, how often have you actually earned profit from wc ?

Ever watched 4 FHs fighting?
However, having them actually be of value in a more common situation would be quite nice.
