Mage Frost force not working

My friend is an elf mage and since the latest patch all her skills (talents and rubies) were lost so she had to re-assign all her skills again. Since then her frost force is no longer working, it charges but doesn't grant any points in the circle.

Any ideas?

if only one element loads, she screwed up the war of elements rubies. instead of taking all 4 of a kind, she took 2+2. if 2 elements load and the third doesnt, she simply took one or more fiery lightning rubies.

Yeh, now realised this is what happened. Luckily she was sent item to reset, I guess because they got reset because of the patch.
