Cannot see character!

Hello. I just installed this game today. Everything is 100% downloaded etc. I login to make a character and there is NOTHING on my character creation screen. I've been browsing forums all damn night for a solution and not a single one has worked! It seems people are saying Avast is an issue with the game. I don't even have Avast. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I've tried repairing the game. I have tried EVERYTHING and it is getting rather frustrating. Such a damn shame. Looked like a decent game. Someone please help? :pinch:

Hello,

Can you post a screen of your character creation ?
Is it normal with no characters, or some kind of a black screen ? http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/168/

What launcher do you use ?
You can launch the game directly with the Allods Launcher, in your "bin" folder : C:\MyGames\Allods Online XX\bin -> launcher.exe in admin mode

Are you sure everything is 100% download ?

Did you update your graphic card drivers ?

I've the same problem. Here, have a screenshot. I tried different video settings, from low to max. Side note, this is not my normal PC. I copy/paste the game folder into the hard drive for a cyber, so people who doesn't have a PC can play it there. I did this when gPotato had their USA servers and worked just fine. Maybe now cannot work that way?

Hello,

What is the antivirus on this computer ?
Avast Antivirus creates a conflict with Allods, and the only solution is to remove it from the computer and install another antivirus.

Other solutions are :
- Update your graphic drivers
- Launch the game with the other launcher (i.e. Allods Launcher if you use My.Games, or My.games if you use Allods launcher) and see if it changes anything.

Thank you. Unfortunately uninstall Avast is not a real option, since I don't own the place. What a shame, well, I'll just have to play it from home.
Would work if I deactivate Avast? Or is more like the game will not run properly while Avast stays installed in the PC?

Hello,

As we said, the only solution is to remove Avast Antivirus :/. Players tried to disable it, but it doesn't solve the problem.
That's a well known issue for a long time now, Avast company never changed anything unfortunatly.
