ok you are right i realized that necropotency will not have enough time to stack up to 5 stacks before i use life tab again. But what to do now? Make necropotency rank 2 or 1? I like the NO CD on life tab its preaty cool and powerfull

Necropotency doesnt have anything with life tap cool down,its about casting time...so u dont need even r1 if u take dark leech r3 (this ruby is for cool down) r3

You are right about the cast time but that makes this a great dps increase of a ruby as each lifetap you fire on a proc casts 20% faster so less downtime to the next one, 5 and you gained a whole lifetap, add that up to 10 minutes bossfights and you got a whole lot more dps out of that.

Necropotency in a pveenvironment outside of farming has absolutely nothing to do with instant casts, it's all about more throughput.
